Frederick Florentine

Frederick Florentine passed away peacefully on April 2, 2026 at the Lighthouse Nursing Home in Revere.  Fred was born and raised in Everett to Mabel W. Reid and Marche Florentine in 1926.  He attended Everett public schools and graduated from Everett High School.  He was also a veteran of the United States Coast Guard.  Fred met and married Gloria (Garofano), also from Everett, and they remained married for 62 years.  Fred worked for United Autoworkers for many years.  Fred had many nieces and nephews who were close to him.  One nephew, James Talley, and his wife Karen live in Texas.  Fred also loved carpentry as a hobby and enjoyed his time sharing stories with friends and family at Dunkin Donuts.  Fred will surely be missed by all.  His family is grateful for having him as a loving uncle.
